Install FA Client Portal

You can install FA Client Portal from Optional packages:

  1. Install FA Client Portal in FA Back. Go to Tools → Administer → Install optional packages. In the Other packages section, choose FA Client Portal and click Install.

  2. If you intend to use FA Client Portal impersonation feature, go to Tools → Administer → FA Client Portal → Configurations → Impersonation in FA Back. Enter the intended URL of the FA Client Portal, for example, https://myportal.com.

  3. Provide access to FA Client Portal. To do this, follow the steps in User access.

  4. Contact FA customer service to set up test and production URLs for FA Client Portal.

Note

You can have multiple instances of FA Client Portal installed (for example, with different logos and branding). For this, contact FA customer service.
