Monitor payment status

You can follow up payment instructions sent out via Create payment instructions (pain.001 or Nets).

View transactions by payment status

To view a summary of all transactions with Payment tags, open the Dashboard view and choose the Payment instructions tab.

  • The Payment-Waiting section shows the transactions for which payment instructions aren't sent yet.

  • The Payment-Sent section shows transactions that are sent, but no response is received. Depending on your payment flow, it might be that you don't expecting to receive responses.

  • The Payment-Matched section shows transactions that are processed by the bank and matched in the FA system based on a response file from the bank (see Reconciling deposits and withdrawals with CAMT.053/4 and PAIN.002).

You can also use the 1. Payment-Waiting, 2. Payment-Sent and 3. Payment-Matched tabs under the Transactions view to access this information.

View the bank statement processing result

To view the tasks from bank statement processing, open the Dashboard view and choose the Payment reader.

  • The Successfully processed CAMT053 section shows the summary tasks for bank statements that were read in without errors. From the task description, you can see how many transactions were processed. Attachments contain a CSV file with the processed transactions and the original bank statement in the XML format.

  • The CAMT053 reading errors, you can see summary tasks for bank statements that were read in with errors. From the task description, you can see how many transactions failed. Attachments contain a CSV file with the skipped transactions (with error details) and the original bank statement in the XML format.
